The vendor show will run from Tuesday April 18th at 1000 through Wednesday April 19th at 1200. You are welcome to keep your display longer on Wednesday the 19th but we wanted to give you time for travel. You may set up your displays either on Monday night the 17th from 1700-2000 or on Tuesday morning from 0800-1000. We ask that all vendor booths be set up and ready by 1000 am. Your registration includes lunch both days for up to 5 staff members. Each booth also comes with a draped 6' table, power and free Wi-Fi. We always welcome any donations we can raffle off. The raffle proceeds go to our benevolent fund and to subsidize future training and scholarships.
Students will arrive and register from 0800-1000 for the conference on Tuesday the 18th. There will be a break from 1000-1100, then at 1100, we will start the ceremonies with our annual meeting etc. Lunch will be served at 1200. Our thought is that during both registration, break and annual meeting as well as lunch, students could mingle within the vendor show. From 1300-1700 will be de-briefs with breaks on the hour for students to visit vendors. The vendor show will be embedded in the same room as the students for both classroom and meals. From 1700-2030, there will be our social gathering with free alcohol and food for students to mingle with vendors. This will also be the time we raffle off the majority of our items. Additional raffled items will also take place the next day from 0800-1200.
